We design crushing and screening plants with a capacity of 50 to 500 t/h. Our crushing plants can meet the various needs of the client, because the modularity system allows you to form a line according to your requirements for each of its nodes.
The production process can be conditionally divided into 3 phases: primary crushing, secondary crushing, and final vibrating screening.
The equipment used in these three phases includes: jaw crushers, impact crushers, vibratory feeders, circular vibrating screens, belt conveyors.
First, the raw material goes through primary coarse crushing in a jaw crusher, then the material is fed through a belt conveyor to a impact/cone crusher for secondary crushing. After secondary crushing, the material is fed into a vibrating screen for separation into fractions. The largest pieces are then fed back to the impact crusher. And the material divided into fractions is ready for shipment.
