Performance Characteristics​

  • Use of frequency conversion control technology
    The use of variable frequency ensures the accurate parallel movement of the press head and the mold due to the use of guide bearings. So that the automatic brick making machine will not be deformed. Meanwhile, the increase of vibration efficiency contributes to the dramatic increase of productivity. Moreover, the operator can control the motor well, including starting and stopping immediately. Thus, it prevents the automatic brick making machine from overheating due to continuous operation.
  • Forced distribution
    Sensor and hydraulic proportional drive technology is applied to the automatic block making machine. The distributing teeth rotate 360 degrees at high speed to force unloading and distributing. Therefore the machine distributes fabric quickly and evenly, which is ideal for making thin-walled bricks.
